Developed a global partnership and created a relationship with Make A Wish International and Omaze for an online campaign. The Marvel Comic Book, Stan Lee's fans were able to donate online to a once and a life time experience. One lucky winner attended "Extraordinary", Stan Lee's tribute show. Thanks to this extremely successful experience, Make A Wish International and Omaze continue to partner for online fundraising events.
Amazon Echo and Guitar Legends for Heroes Concert
DCL Media created the first ever user experience for charity by partnering Guitar Legends for Heroes Concert, which benefited mental health for our veterans and military, with Care2 and Amazon Echo. An Amazon user could donate to the Guitar Legend for Heroes Concert through their activated smart speaker. This groundbreaking partnership leverages voice technology that stimulates donations that benefited the social good and mental wellness for our veterans and military .
Hope for Haiti Benefit Concert
Initiated by Deana, non-profit charity organization, Save The Children partnered with DCL Media to arrange the Hope for Haiti benefit concert in New York City. The concert boasted some big-name musicians: Bacon Brothers, featuring Kevin Bacon as front-man; 2010 Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame nominee Darlene Love; Tabitha Fair, who performed at President Obama’s inauguration; Patty Smyth, former lead singer of ‘80s rock band Scandal; Pete Francis; and the Bev Leslies. DCL Media secured talent, produced and directed the entire concert, raising substantial funds that were given to Save The Children for Haiti.
St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and AOL
DCL Media teamed up and produced an awareness campaign with a trio of talent: AOL's BUILD, Marlo Thomas and AOL's CEO Tim Armstrong. The collaboration gathered Armstrong and Thomas in front of a live BUILD audience to talk about St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Thanksgiving Campaign. This event was streamed live across all of AOL's platforms and social media sites.
St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Nickelodeon's NOGGIN
Deana fostered a relationship between Nickelodeon's NOGGIN and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. All of the content DCL Media produced for St. Jude's Annual Trike-A-Thon program was distributed on Nickelodeon's channels and their online sites. This marriage of media and philanthropy increased St. Jude Children's Research Hospital donations by 33 percent .
